Cancer Research UK are asking people to challenge themselves to exercise every day this September and raise money to help beat cancer.
The local fundraising group Acorns is wanting 30 people to sign-up for the 30-day challenge.
To get you started, they are organising a walk on the Ashdown Forest on Saturday 1st September.
What do you need to do? Some exercise every day! As little or as much as you can and pledge to raise a minimum of £20.
There may be other group activities if you would like to exercise
with the Acorn team members.
Run, squat, swim, cycle, you decide. There is a list of exercise ideas on the Cancer Research UK website: Sweatember.
If you would like to join the Acorns for Cancer Research UK team email nigsue@me.com for details.
