The NHS in Sussex want to hear from you about how they can make sure that you are getting the right information about the vaccination programme rollout in the county.
Sussex Health and Care Partnership are asking you to spare five minutes to take their quick survey to tell them what you think.
The Partnership brings together 13 organisations across Sussex, the NHS and local councils, in order to work together to improve health and care.
Having met the first target the NHS have now moved onto Priority Groups 5 and 6 – the over-65s and those adults who are classed as ‘at risk’ (those usually called by their GP practice every year to have their free flu jab) – as well as informal carers. Covid-19 National Booking System.
