Crowborough Leisure Centre is running activity sessions for young adults with physical and learning difficulties.
The activities include basic indoor cycling sessions, Boccia, New Age Kurling, a form of the original curling game, Dance Aerobics, Tai Chi and mini activity circuits. The sessions will initially run every Monday until 9th March.
Mark Fuller, Freedom Leisure Centre Manager said:
Here at Freedom Leisure we feel it’s important for everyone to exercise and these new sessions enable people with disabilities to get active and keep fit. We hope participants enjoy themselves and make new friends: if the sessions prove popular we will continue with the activities.
The activity sessions for over 18s, are on Mondays from 11:45am til 2pm and cost £3 per person per session. Numbers are limited so participants are encouraged to book in advance.
