Police are appealing for information after thieves broke into the the petrol station on Eridge Road stealing hundreds of pounds.
Police say they they were contacted on last Saturday after staff opening-up at the Crowborough Service Station discovered the damage. A door had been smashed to gain entry to the shop. The break-in happened sometime between 9pm on Friday 5th September and 6am on Saturday 6th September.
Officers are keen to speak to witnesses who saw anyone acting suspiciously at or near the service station between those times.
