A Crowborough pensioner has been seriously injured in a collision near Eridge railway station.
Police are seeking witnesses to the collision in which the pedestrian was seriously injured in Eridge.
At 4.20pm on Thursday 27 March, the 78-year old Crowborough man was in collision with a white van in Groombridge Lane, Eridge Green. He was taken by air ambulance to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton to be treated for a serious leg injury which was not assessed as life threatening.
The 66-year old van driver, also from Crowborough, was unhurt.
