On 12th August, creditors of Ludgate Buildings and Construction agreed to appoint liquidators.

The family owned company traded as Ludgate Construction from Connors Yard on Beeches Road in Crowborough.
It is understood a summary of the company’s assets and liabilities will be filed with Companies House this week.
The joint liquidators are responsible for winding-up the company and for handling claims from customers, suppliers and employees claims. Any available funds are distributed in a set order laid out in the Insolvency Act 1986.
Any creditors that have not been notified should make a claim to the joint liquidators Vincent Green of Crowe UK LLP and Gary Shankland of Begbies Traynor.
