Giant Easter Egg Raffle expected to raise more than £1000


Crowborough and District Lions Club would like to thank everyone who supported their Easter Egg Raffle.  The Club is hugely appreciative of such a ringing endorsement of its fundraising for local good causes.

Morrisons store kindly donated an Easter Hamper as a Raffle Prize and together with a giant Easter Egg and several chocolate bunnies, this helped the sale of raffle tickets to exceed £750 at the store and boost Crowborough Lions Charity account to help local charitable causes.

Easter Egg RaffleCrowborough Lions Fundraising Chairman Lion Colin Henderson acknowledged the support from Morrisons and all the local Pubs & Clubs in the district and the railway station who have supported the Easter Egg Raffles, collectively the total of the Easter Egg raffles proceeds will exceed £1,000.
