Firefighters cut a casualty free from the wreckage of a two-vehicle collision in Hartfield this morning (Friday 23rd January).
Two appliances from Crowborough and Forest Row were sent to Gallipot Hill at 8.40am, following reports of a collision.
A Building Control Officer was also called to the scene to assess the structural damage to a nearby property.
Crews cut one person free who had becomed trapped in the wreckage. They were taken to hospital by ambulance. A second casualty received checks at the scene by paramedics.
