During the weekend of Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th May, two gardens in Crowborough are open as part of the National Garden Scheme.
You pay one admission price and get entry to both gardens.

Redriff has a Japanese influence, comprising dense planting of rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias, acers, wisteria, bamboo and topiary features. Elevated patio with shady pergola and summerhouse, both affording seating overlooking interesting fish pond, waterfall and views over the rear garden.
Silver Springs was developed by the current owner (a keen plantswoman) over the past 25 years from a bare site. Shrubs, perennials, rock garden and bulbs in three areas surrounding the house (not open), each with a different character.

National Garden Scheme entrance monies go to many charities including MacMillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, Hospice UK. Carers Trust, The Queens Nursing Institute, Parkinson’s UK, Horatio’s Garden, and Maggie’s.
