Scouts have cancelled their Christmas Card delivery service

2020: Crowborough Scouts have reluctantly taken the decision not to run their annual Christmas Card delivery service this year because of the pandemic.

They are letting their supporters know they can support them by making any Amazon purchases they were intending to make anyway, after first clicking on their Amazon Smile link. Amazon donate 0.5% of eligible purchases to your chosen charity. Please note it only applies to products marked “Eligible for AmazonSmile donation”. Click for more information about how Amazon Smile works.

The other link on their poster is for Easy Fundraising, which works in a similar way with lots on online retailers. How Easy Shopping works. The percentage given to charity varies for each retailer and sometimes also which product range. Friends of Fermor School and Taylor Made Dreams are also part of the Easy Fundraising scheme.
