The Town Council has a vacancy to represent Crowborough North ward.
The vacancy was created when Cllr Mia Ledermann resigned for personal reasons. This vacancy will be filled by co-option. This is when a casual vacancy has arisen on the Council and no by-election has been called. The term will finish in May 2023. The person does not have to live in the North ward to apply.

Completed forms must be returned by 12noon on Friday 12th February 2021. All responses will be reviewed by the Council at its meeting on 16th March 2021. Applicants will be invited to speak briefly and to answer any questions from existing councillors before they vote to make a selection.
Schedule in May, there should be elections to East Sussex County Council (and the delayed election for the Sussex Police & Crime Commissioner), including two County Councillors representing Crowborough (more to follow).
