A planning application has been submitted for a major housing development at the Orchid Riding Centre in Crowborough.
At last week’s planning committee the application for up to 119 homes in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) adjacent to Goldsmiths Rec was refused.
£6 million was collected from developers in CIL money to help fund infrastructure improvements in Wealden. Crowborough Town Council received £124,000.
