The Bricks raises nearly £2,000 for


The Bricklayers Arms Pub on Whitehill Road in Crowborough held their annual charity day over the August bank holiday weekend.

bricklayers-arms-charity-daIn addition on Sunday 4th September, owners husband and wife team Dawn and Bill, along with a good friend, did the 7K Nuts Challenge – an assault course in Dorking.

In total £1890 was raised for, the drop-in information and advice centre for young people on The Broadway.
Dawn Stephen said:
We had a great raffle to help raise money for  Thanks to the local businesses that donated prizes.  We also sold cakes and had various activities throughout the day to raise money.  A massive thank you to everyone who came and supported the Charity Day making it such a big success.
