Barnsgate Manor goes into liquidation

Barnsgate Manor Vineyard Ltd has gone into liquidation today. Their website has been taken down and an answer machine message is directing people to contact a firm of insolvency specialists White Maund.

A statement on their Facebook page reads:

On 17th January 2020 Barnsgate Manor Vineyard LTD has ceased trading and is in liquidation.

Thomas D’Arcy and Chris Latos of White Maund Insolvency Practitioners have been appointed as joint liquidators.

According to information on the Companies House website a new company “Barnsgate Manor Restaurants Limited” was incorporated just before Christmas and the two Directors also set-up “Ashdown Manor Restaurants Limited” on 6th January 2020.
